MAGILL, residing at 11 'Story Lane, 't' a Hicksville, Nassau County, State of New York 0 U N s*, aa party of the aecond part, WITNESSETH. that the party of the first part,in eonsidentiou of 'TE IJ dollara, I lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, ' and assigns forever, ALL that tract or parcel of land, situate at Fleet's Neck, near Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: - 'i BEGINNING at a point marked by a monument on the northeasterly side of Fleetwood Road, so called, a distance of one hundred and fifty feet from the northwesterly corner of land of Grathwohl Curran, and running thence northerly a distance of one hundred and twenty- one and eight tenths feet to a monument; thence continuing in the ii same direction a distance of two hundred and twenty-six feet more or less, to the shore of East Creek; again starting at the first mentioned point of beginning and running along the northeasterly side of Fleetwood Road, a distance of fifty feet to a monument; thence running northeasterly a distance of one hundred and fifty feet to a monument which is distant fifty feet in a straight line from the boundary line first above described; thence continuing ailalong the same course a distance of two hundred and two feet, more or less, to East Creek; thence easterly to East Creek to the northeasterly end of the course first mentioned. III Together with a right of way over the private roads and highways at Fleet's Neck, owned by Norma H. Fleet, to East Road and Pequash Avenue.
