sideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

Beginning at a concrete monument, located on
the northerly side of Bailie Beach Road and the southwest cornar of
the land of P. Berry; thence running from said point of beginning
along the northerly line of Bailie Beach Road, South 83 deg. 361
West 114.00 feet to a concrete monument; thence running in a
northwesterly direction along the easterly line of other land of
the party of the first part North 10 deg. 541 201F West 303.98
feet to a concrete monument on the southerly line of P. Berry;
thence running in a northeasterly direction along the southerly
line of land of P. Berry North 74 deg. 141 East 100.00 feet to
a concrete monument; thence running in a southerly cirection
along the westerly line of land of P. Berry South 13 deg. 241
East 321.71 feet to the concrete monument, the point or place of
beginning.
