West along last mentioned lend 181.53 feet to the south aide of a 16
foot right of way; thence North 76. 311 400 East along the south aide
of said right of way 177.85 feet to land of DeFriest; thence South 13•

intersection of the easterly aide of Wickham Avenue with the southerly
side of the right of way hereby conveyed and adjoining land of Woeasner

Office on 8/10/43 in Liber 2302 of Deeds at page 299.
