SUBJECT TO covenants and restrictions set forth in Deed dated June 30, 1950, recorded in Liber 3097 CP 285, between Dawn Estates, Inc. and Louis M. and Evelyn K. Mittlesdorf. SUBJECT TO state of facts shown on survey dated January 1950 by Elden Conklin of Conklin and Kuntz, 66 W. Jericho Turnpike, Huntington Station, New York. SUBJECT TO Zoning, Building and Health laws and regulations of the Town of Southold, the state of New York and any government agency having jurisdiction. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by LOUIS M. MITTLESDORF and his wife EVELYN K. MITTLESDORF also known as LOUIS M. MITTEISDORF and EVELYN K. MITTEISDORF his wife, by deed dated April 3, 1953 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 3506 page 95• TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD.the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
