Dear Mr. Cusumano: The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during their regular meeting held on May 31, 1989 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, Matthew Cusumano applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a Grandfather permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, and WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Matthew Cusumano BE AND HEREBY IS GRANTED PERMISSION UNDER THE WETLA/~D ORDINANCE TO: Register existing 5' x 7' fixed dock at above mentioned property. Please be advised that Grandfather Permit No. 3716 registers existing dock only, any new structures will require a new permit, application enclosed. Very truly yours, Frank A. Box 728 Southold, New York 11971 May 12, 1989 Matthew Cusumano 450 Briarwood Lane Cutchogue, N.Y. 11935 Dear Mr. Cusumano: We are in receipt of your application to Grandfather an existing structure on East Creek, Cutchogue, N.Y., As per a telephone conversation with you on May 1, we cannot process this application until inspection fee of $35.00 is received. If a G.F. Permit is approved, we will then amend it to reflect the addition of floating dock and ramp.
