Bounded on the North by the North Road; On the
East by Alvah's Lane; South by lands of Stanley
Simchick and West by lands of Joseph Halaski.
Containing therein approximately 14.1/3 acres
being the same more or less.
Excepting therefrom a parcel previously conveyed
being 150 feet on North Road and 200 feet on
Alvah's Lane.
Together with all the right, title and interest
of the party'o£ the first part in and to North
Road and Alvah's Lane, the center line thereof.
