party of the first part,and

the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as and by the Map #1179.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by
dead. to Anna M. Garrett from Ralph W. Sterling dated 18th
November, 1936 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County on December 14, 1936 in Liber 1897, Page 416.
