TOGETHER with the use in common with others of a right of way thirty- five feet (35t ) in width as now marked out at a point about five hundred feet (500t ) southerly from the premises conveyed by the first parties to Ottomar J. Gerhardt and wife, by deed recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 2075 of Deeds at Page 595, and extending from the westerly line of West Creek Avenue at right angles thereto about fifty (50t ) feet to West Creek. (1) at right angles to said easterly line North 86° 03' 40" East 150.0 feet; thence (2) parallel with said easterly 'line South 3° 56' 20" East 25.0 feet to a monument and the northeasterly corner of said land of the party of the second part; thence along said land of the party of the second part South 860 03' 40" West 150.0 feet to the point of beginning. PARCEL 3: BEGINNING at a monument set on the easterly line of West Creek Avenue at the southwesterly corner of land of the party of the second part) and running along said land of the party of the second part North 86° 03' 40" East 150.0 feet to a monument and the southeasterly corner of said land; thence along other land of the party of the first part, two courses as follows: (1) parallel with said easterly line South 3° 56, 20" East 25.0 feet; thence (2) at right angles to said easterly line South 860 031 40" West 150.0 feet to said easterly line of West Creek Avenue; thence along said easterly line of West Creek Avenue North 3° 56' 20" West 25.0 feet to the point of beginning. PARCEL BEGINNING at a concrete monument set at the northeasterly corner of land now owned by the parties of the second part (being 150 feet easterly from West Creek Avenue) and running thence, on an extension easterly of the northerly line of said lands presently of the parties of the second part North 860 03' 40" East 150 feetto a point; thence along other lands of the party of the first part South 30 56' 20" East 200.0 feet to a point; thence along other lands of the party of the first part and on an extension easterly of the southerly line of lands presently owned by the parties of the second part South 860 03' 40" West 150.0 feet to a concrete monument at the southeasterly corner of said lands presently owned by the parties of the second part; thence along said lands presently owned by the parties of the second part North 3° 56' 20" West 200.0 feet to the point or place of beginning. SCHEDULE A TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of the first part in and to land lying within the bounds of West Creek Avenue adjacent to said premises to the center line thereof. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by deeds recorded in Libers 2883 ep 537, 3871 cp 302, and 4572 cp 05; and subject to the covenants and restrictions set forth in said three last-mentioned deeds to the extent only that the same now affect the premises.
