BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the some premises conveyed by William H.
Mason and Harry E. Mason to Felix W. Bialeski and Irene F. Bialeski,
his wife, by deed dated March 31, 19$6 and recorded in Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on April 26, 1956 in Liber 4.103 of deeds at page 254.
THIS CONVEYANCE hereunder is subject to two certain mortgages
executed by Felix W. Bialeski and Irene F. Bialeski, his wife, to
Southold Savings Bank and recorded in tho Office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County in Liber 2700 of mortgages at page 480 and Liber 3217

of mortgages at page 297, on Uhich said mortgages there is nou
due and unpaid the sum of $10,591.415 with interest Chereon at the
rate of five and one-half (AW per centum per annum from the
date hereof, and the grantee hereby assumes and covenants to pay
such mortgage debt and interest as part of the consideration for
this conveyance,
