� 'O O EXECUTOR'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made the 1st day of June, nineteen
hundred and sixty three, between HENRY W. DICK, as Executor
of the Estate of AUGUST W. GLEICHMANN under the Last Will and
Testament of AUGUST W. GLEICHMANN, date of Camp Mineola Road,
Mattltuck, County of Suffolk and State of New York, deceased,
residing at Lake Street, Setauket, New York, party of the
first part and FRANK C. WHITROCK and LUCINDA L. WHITROCK,

WITNESSETH:
That the party of the first part, by virtue of
the power and authority to him given in and by said last Will
and Testament, and in consideration of Twenty Thousand ($20,000)
Dollars, lawful money of the United States, paid by the party
of the second pax+, does hereby grant and release unto the
party of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever.
ALL that tract or parcel of land, situate, lying
and being at Mattituck, Toon of Southold, Suffolk County
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner hereof at a
monument set on the southerly line of a 50 foot strip of land
conveyed by Laetitia Reeve, J. Wickham Reeve, Ruth E. Booth,
Carrie H. Tuthill and Lizzie R. Hallock to Leone D. Howell,
which point or place of beginning is distant 113.98 feet
westerly from the westerly line of land now or formerly of
Norris where said land adjoins the southerly line of said
50 foot strip of land;
RUNNING thence South 890 09' East along said
5C foot strip of land 36.40 feet to a monument and the westerly
line of land now or formerly of M. F. Norris;
THENCE South 70 12' 30" East along said last
mentioned land 602.94 feet to the ordinary high water mark
of Great Peoonic Bay;
THENCE North 88° 44' 10" hest along said ordinary
high water mark of Great Feconic Bay (tie line) 40.37 feet
to the easterly line of land now or formerly of A.D. Lasoelle;
THENCE North 6° 49' 10" West along said last
mentioned land 603.85 Tett to a monument set at the southerly
line of said 50 foot strip of land at the point or place of
BEGINNING.
