Long Island, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on May 10, 1921 as Map No, 745,
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises described in the
contract between.the parties herein dated September 1, 1960 and
recorded in Suffolk County Clerkls Office on September 9, 1960 in
Liber 4871, Page 597.
