State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly side of Naugles Drive dis_
tant 199.69 feet ~asterly from the easterly line of land now or
formerly of J. Q. A. Ward Estate, which point of beginning is where
the easterly line of land now or formerly of Asphalts, Inc. inter-
sects the northerly side of Naugles Drive; thence along the easterly
line of land of Asphalts, Inc. North 210 33' West 390 feet to the
northerly line of a bulkhead at Mattituck Inlet; thence along said
bulkhead the following 4 courses and distances: (1) easterly 24
feetj (2). southerly 66t feetj (J) easterly 45 feet; (4) northerly
23 feet; thence along the high water line of Mattituck Inlet as it
now is in an easterly direction 30 feet to the westerly line of land
now or formerly of I. Vignes; thence along land of Vignes South 210
33' East 360 feet to the northerly side of Naugles Drive; thence
along the northerly side of Naugles Drive the folloWing 2 courses and
distances: (1) westerly along arc of curve bearingl"~he left having a
