Frank A. Kujawski, President Re: Amendment of Permit
Dear Mro ~Kujawski,
Or~A~*§t I the Trustees awarded me a permit, No. 3670, for
the registration and reconstruction of an existing bulkhead on
property located at 8515 Soundview Avenue, Southold.
Die to ~'typogrphical error in the preparation of ~he appli-
cation the length of the structure was given as ?0 feet when it
should~ave %een 90 feet. As a matter of fact the application
describe~ ~he area involved as 9~' long x 18" wide x 3½' high~
and the plan submitted with the application shows a 90' structure.
However, 'the length was misstated on the first page of the
~oplication and this is the length recognized by the Board.
I believe an approval by the Board of an amendment to the
permit ~.~g~.a~90' structure will correct this regrettable
error made'by-the applicant and i sincerely regret having to
bring this matter before the Board again.
Yours truly,
Lawrence ~. Currie
