from said point of beginning running along land of Mary Zeneski,

an iron pipe; thence (2) South 800 571 0011 West 92.87 feet to an
iron pipe and land of Edmund Zeneaki, thence along said land of
Edmund Zeneaki, North 3^ 05' 0011 West 200.0 feet to an iron pipe
on said southerly line of Eugene Road; thence along said southerly
line, North- 640 231 3011 East 100.0 feet to the point of beginning
SUBJECT to restrictions, covenants, easements and agreements
of reoord, if any.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed from Mary Zeneaki dated December 11,
1962 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's, Office on December 24,
1962 in Liber 5283 of deeds, Page 419.
