the said High water mark of Hayw,ters Cove along a tie line having a course of
South 67 degrees 39 minutes 50 seconds West and a distance of 228.60 feet to

West 293 feet to the southerly side of Mason Drive; at an iron pipe therein;
thence North 72 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds East along said southerly side
of Mason Drive 226.02 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TCGETHE:R with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part,

Haywaters adjacent to said premises.
LESS, HOWEVER, that partoi' the above premises conveyed to the party of the
second part by the party of the first part by deed dated September 19, 1956 and

September 21, 1956 in Liber 4189 of Deeds at page 590.
BEmG a. part of the same premises conveyed to the party of the first pal"t by
deed from Catherine R. Sylvester dated September 19,1956 and recorded in said

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the se<;ond part forever.
