BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of New Suffolk
Avenue at the intersection of the northwest corner of the premises
hereby conveyed and the premises and land belonging to Howard G.
Tuthill and running thence easterly along said land of Howard G.
Tuthill a distance of 85 feet; thence southerly along other land
of the party of the first part on a line parallel with the easterly
side of New Suffolk Avenue, aforesaid, a distance of 40 feet; thence
westerly along other land of the party of the first part on a line
parallel with the northerly boundary of the premises hereby conveyed
a distance of 40 feet; thence westerly to a point on the easterly
side of New Suffolk Avenue, said point being 30 feet South. from the
paint or place of beginning; thence northerly along the easterly side
of New Suffolk Avenue a distance of 30 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
Being the same premises conveyed to party of the first
part (as New Suffolk Shipyard, Inc.) by John J. Scott and Mildred
Scott, his wife, by deed dated May 5, 1960 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 11, 1960 in L. 4808 of deeds,
P. 15.
Subject to a first mortgagenow a lien on the premises
in the amount of $3,875. and held by The North Fork Bank is Trust
Company.
