New York 11971 Fax (516) 765-1823 BOARD OF TOWN TRUSTEES TOWN OF SOUTHOLD February 9, 1993 Mildred Cullen Goose Creek Lane Southold, NY 11971 Re: Mildred Cullen SCTM #1000-79-1-2 Dear Mrs. Cullen: The following action was taken by the .Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on January 28, 1993 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, Mildred Cullen applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated December 14, 1992 and, WHEREAS said application was.referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on January 28, 1993 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the Board hasdetermined that the project as proposed will no~ affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board Of Trustees approves the applicatioR of Mildred Cullen to remove and clear st~mps and brush and reseed property so water dosen~t run into the Creek. permit will expire two years from the date it is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification. Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified upon completion of said project.
