side of Luthers Road a distance of 102.28 feet;
thence along the arc of a circle bearing to the left
having a radius of 18.50 feet, a distance of 34.54 feet;

thence South 760 09' 40" West a distance of 180.35 feet
to the easterly line of subdivision Map of "Captain Kldd Estates;1t

map a distance of 50.06 feet;

thence South 870 III East a distance of 1006.38 feet;
thence along the arc of a curve bearing to the left
having a radius of 33.78 feet a distance of 43.05 feet to the
westerly side of Luthers Road and the point or place of beginning.
It being the intention of the grantors to convey all
land for highway purposes and all the estate therein that they
may own.
