CROSSLEY, 912 Peconic Bay Boulevard, Southold, SCTM No. 1000-145-2-9 Dear Sirs: We represent John R. Crossley, who is the owner of property located on Peconic Bay Bouevard, Laurel, Town of Southold. An 80' section of Mr. Crossley's bulkhead has been damaged and must be repaired. Depending upon additional damage that might be unearthed when the contractor is on site, the most that would be done is the removal and re- placement of the entire 80' length. It is more likely that only sheathing boards will have to be replaced. Accordingly, I request that a waiver of jurisdiction be granted by the Board, which would allow this work to go forward. A copy of the survey and work plan are attached. Ver~ruly~ yours, Roy L.
