Pursuant to your letter of September 9, 1987 requesting a determination
of jurisdiction for the construction of a single family residence on the
property referenced above please be advised that tt~e Bay Constable has
inspected the property on September 11, 1987 and has determined that
no permit ~s required as long as all work is done in accordance with the
survey submitted and dated August 27, 1987.
Please be advised that this determination is not a determination made for
any other department or agency that may have iurisdiction in this matter.
Kindly contact the Southold Town Building Dept. for a determination on
the need of any other Town Permits that may be required for this project.
