WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of

by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or

BEGINNING at a monument on the southerly side of Cedar
Road distant the following two courses and distances from a
monument situate at the intereection formed by the \'lesterly side
of New Suffolk Road with the southerly -side of Cedar Road;
south 800 19' 30" west 167.0 feet to a monument on the southerly
side of Cedar Road; south 730 39' Son west'223..0 feet; running
thence frDm said point of beginning along the southerly side Df
Cedar Road north 730 39' 501t east a distance of 180 feet to the
westerly side of a private road; thence along the westerly side
of said private road south 10 06' Ion east a distance of 200 feet
to a point; thence at right angle to the westerly side of said
private road south 880 53' 50" west a distance of 165.64 feet to
a point on the easterly boundary of land formerly of George H. Case
said point being at the southwest corner of land about to be con-
veyed; thence along said easterly boundary of land formerly of
George H. Case north 40 06' 50" west a distance of 152.90 feet to
the southerly side of Cedar Road and the point or place Df
BEGINNING.

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of premises heretofore
conveyed by Jennie E. Case, W.HarriBon~ase,.Ralph Csee,Russell Case,
Norman B. Case and Henry E. Case distributees of Frank H. Case,
deceased to the parties of the first part, by deed dated
August 9,1949, recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in
Libel' 2996, Page 275 of deeds on September 22, 1949, and
