Bb February 1917, as and by the Lot Number Three(3) bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on Great Peconic Bay at a certain
iron pipe monument distant $0 feet easterly of land formerly of
Nirs. O.B. Goldsmith running northerly a distance of three hundred
thirty-nine and 210 (339.2) feet along the easterly boundary of
Lot Number Two (2) to a certain iron pipe monument adjoining the
lands formerly of Henry V. Downs, and running thence along the land
formerly of Henry V. Downs North 74 degrees 42 minutes East a
distance of forty (40) feet to a certain other iron pipe minument;
running thence southerly a distance of three hundred forty-three
(343) feet to a certain other iron pipe monument on Great Peconic
Bay and thence westerly along Peconic Bay a distance of Forty
(401 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way over and through the
lands lying east and west.,of said premises and thence over and
through the land formerly of Henry V. Downs to New Suffolk Avenue.
SUBJECT to a right of way'-to the adjoining owners of
lots on the west and east, known and described as Lots #1 and #2
and J/4 and #5 on the map of the Beachwood Colony Property hereinbefore
referred tom over the premises herein described and to the road
leading northerly through the lands formerly of H.V.Downs to the
main road.
SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions, reservations and
