and described as East half of lot 57, Block 2, on a certain map entitled,
"Captain Kidd Estates," which said map was duly filed in the Office of
the Clerk of County of Suffolk as map Flo. 1672 dated January 19, 1949,
and more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly aide of
Sound Beach drive Where the division line between lots 57 and 58 as shown
on aforesaid map intersects same;
running thence along said division line North 38 degrees
00' hest, 210.99 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound;
running thence along said ordinary high water mark of
Long Island Sound on a tie line of South 44 degrees 22' 40" West for a
distance of 25.221/2 feet;
running thence South 38 degrees 40' East 207.64 feet
to the northwesterly side of Sound Beach Drive;
running the-ace along northwesterly side of.Sound Beach
Drive North 52 degrees 00' Fast for a distance of 25 feet to the point
or place of beginning.
This property is submect to zoning, boiling and health laws and regulations
of the Toon of Southold, the State of New York and any government agency
having jurisdiction, Plater Supply and aewarage disposal shall be in ac-
cordance with the plans approved by the Jew York State Department of Health.
