following courses and distances from the point of intersection of the
easterly line of Cox Neck Road (a public highway) In d the southerly
line of a private road known as Miller's Right-of-Way: (1) South 850

set at the northwesterly corre r of premises now or fornerly of Goertz.

of beginning of the within described parcel; from said point of be-
ginning running thence North 710 52' 30" East along the S"butherly line
of said 24 foot right-of-way known as Fox Hollow Road a distance- of

SUBJECT, however, to the reservation by William H. Wertenberg,
his heirs, administrators, executors, successors, assigns and grantees
of a Right-_Qf_~Way for ingress and e,grees over such portion of said
24 foot Right-of-Way known as Fox Hollow Road above described and
conveyed, and ALSO SUBJECT to all existing Rights_of_Way heretofore
conveyed by William H. Wertenberg over said portion of said 24 foot
ight-of-Way known as Fox Hollow Road.

way over the following:
1. A certain private road known as Miller'S Right-of-Way being
24 feet in width running in a general easterly direction from the
easterly side of Cox Neck Road (a public highway) to a point 1466.05
feet, more or less, from said easte~ly side of Cox ~~ck Road.
2. A certain 24 foot private right-of-way known as Racoo~ Road,
running rrom a point on the southerly line or said Mi12r's Right-of_
ay South 18 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds East a distance ,of 570.33 reet.
3. Another 24 root right-of-way known as Deer Path Road, running
rom a point on the .southerly line of said Millerls Right-of...Way South
2 degrees 30 minutes East.n distance of 449.50 feet.
