THIS INDENTURE. made the 31st days of December. nineteen hundred and sixty-three
BETWEEN IRVING G. BILLARD and ELLIS F. BILLARD, both residing at
Cutchogue, New York and RUSSELL E. BILLARD, residing at Bridgeport,
Connecticut, as devisees under the Last Will and Testament of Ella T.
Billard,
party of the first part, and JOHN MALINO\vSKI, residing at New Suffolk, New York
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
Sel:ond part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or Jared of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situation, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly side of Main
Road where the southwesterly line of land now or formerly of
Austin and northeasterly line of premises hereinafter described J
intersects same; running thence along the northwesterly side of
Main Road south 490 38' 5011 west, 554.04 feet to land now or form-
erly of R. Sterling Estatesj thence along land now or formerly of
R. Sterling Estates, north 430 17'- 5011 west 635.08 feet and north
470 06' 2011 east 551.90 feet to land now or formerly of Doroskij
thence along said land south 430 57' 1011 east 493.95 feet to land
now or formerly of Austin; thence along said land south 4P 50' 4011
east 165.82 feet to the northwesterly side of Main Road the point or
place of beginning.
SUBJECT to covenants, caS8uents, agreements and restric-
tions of record, if any, and to any state of facts that an accurate
survey may show.
SUBJECT to right of way across the westerly side of the
premises to and from the land lying north thereof.
