'l: PAGE THIS INDENTURE. made the 31st days of December. nineteen hundred and sixty-three BETWEEN IRVING G. BILLARD and ELLIS F. BILLARD, both residing at Cutchogue, New York and RUSSELL E. BILLARD, residing at Bridgeport, Connecticut, as devisees under the Last Will and Testament of Ella T.
