partioularly bounded and desoribed as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the easterly side of Bungalow
Lane where the same is intersected by the southerly line of land of
William L. Barker; and running thence North 730 04' East along the

bulkhead; thence continuing North 730 04' East still along land of
William L. Barker 16 feet, more or less, to Gardiners Creek; thence
southerly along Gardiners Creek to a point where same is intersected
