A certain 24 foot private right-of-way known as Raccoon Road, running from a point on the southerly line of said Miller's Right-of-Way South 18 degrees 07 ,inutes 30 seconds East a distance of 570.33 feet. 3. Another 24 foot right-of-way known as Deer Path Road, running from a point on the southerly line of said Miller's Right-of-Way South 22 degrees 30 minutes cast a distance of 449.50 feet. 4. Another 24 foot right-of-may known as Fox Hollow Road, running South 71 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 720.37 feet in a general East-West direction completely across the property now or formerly of William H. Wartenberg. - 5. All of the above courses and distances being shown and taken from a survey prepared for William H. Wartenberg by Alden W. Young, C. E., P.E. and L.S. of Riverhead, New York, dated December 2, 1953 and re-dated respectively January 13, 1954, June 26, 1954, June 29, 1954, May 23, 1957, June 7, 1957 and August 26, 1958. BEING AND INTENDED to be- a portion of the promisesconveyedto the party of the first part by two certain deeds, the first from William Paul Wertenberg dated 1/9/48 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 8/7/48 in Liber 2858 ep 196, and the second from Lorraine Clare Santini dated 6/30/54 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clark's Office on 8/10/55 in Liber 3947 cp 242.
