AIL that certain plot or parcel of land situate, lying and being at
Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and
described as follows:
On the north two hundred (200) feet by land now or formerly of
George Fleischmann; on the east sixty-five (65) feet by Bay Avenue; on
the south two hundred (200) feet by land now or formerly of Charles
Price; and on the west sixty-five (65) feet by land formerly of Charles
Price. -
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Ben Johnson
and Anna Johnson, his wife, to Ben Johnson and Anna Johnson, as tenants
by the entirety, by deed dated December, 1934, and recorded in the Suf-
folk County Clerk's Office on May 27, 1935 in Liber 1814 of Deeds at
Page 27, and the same premises of which the said Ben Johnson and Anna
Johnson died seized and possessed.
