paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or sucoessors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parrot of land,with the buildings and improvemevis thereon erected•mtuate,
lying and being bit at Cutchogue in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk Bud State
of New York, which on a certain map entitled "Map of Eugene Aeight9s, mored by
Jacob F. Bowers, situate at Cutchogue, New York" is known Bud designated as Bud
by the Lot Mo. EIGHT (8), Bud which is more particularly described with reference
to said map, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southeasterly side of Oak Street, distant 168
feet Northeasterly from the point formed by the intersection of the Southeasterly
side of Oak Street and the Northeasterly side of Harbor Lane, from said part of
beginning; running along the Southeasterly side of Oak Street North 43 degrees
8 minutes 30 seconds East 23.04 feet; thence along the division line between
Lots EIGHT (8) and NINE (9) South 72 degrees 31 minutes 30 seconds East 255 feet
to high watermark of Eugene's Creek; thence along said high water mark of
Kopnets Creek to the division line between Lots SEM (7) and EIGHT (8); and
thence along said division line between Lots SEVEN (7) and EIGHT (8) North 66
degrees 50 minutes West 240 feet, to the point or place of BEGINNING.

dated June 2nd, 1945, Bud recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July
