thence north 32 degrees 12 minutes 30 seconds west, 56.51 feet to a concrete monu-
ment on the southerly side of Glenwood Road;
thence north 66 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds east along the southerly side of
Glenwood Road, 140.45 feet to the corner, the point or place of BEGINNING.
