THIS INDENTURE, made the f,tL day
nineteen hundred and sixty-three
of December,
BETWEEN DELIGHT R. ROTH, residing at Carmel-by-the-
Sea, California, party of the first part, and HELENE HOLTZ,
residing at 201 East 66th Street, New York City 21, New York,
and GILLIAN SANDlANDS, residing at Sound Avenue, West Mattituck
Town of Southold, New York, tenants in common, party of the
second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in
consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or suc-
cessors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land sit-
uate, lying and being at West Mattituck, in the Town of Southol
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described
as follows:

BEGINNING at a point at the southeast corner of the premises
herein described which point marks the intersection of the
northerly side of land now or formerly of Reeve with the
westerly side of land now or formerly of Helene Holtz and
formerly of Whitaker and running
thence south 82 degrees 15 minutes west along the northerly
side of land now or formerly of Reeve 123.95 feet to land
now or formerly of Kirkup;
thence north 7 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds west along said
land now or formerly of Kirkup 756.74 feet to the mean high
water line of Long Island Sound;
thence north 85 degrees 15 minutes east along the mean high
water line of Long IslandSound 124.12 feet to said land now
or formerly of Helene Holtz;
thence south 7 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds east along the
westerly side of said land now or formerly of Helene Holtz
750.24 feet to the point or place of beginning
Being and intended to be, the same premises con-
veyed by Happy R. Drown, by deed dated June 16, 1954 to
Delight R. Roth, said deed being recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office, Riverhead, New York, June 22, 1954,
