Road, said point of beginning being the Northeasterly corner of
land of Harry J. Richardson and Mae E. Richardson( formerly of
W. Jackowski), from said point of beginning
running along said land of Richardson South 71D42'4011 West
150.0 feet to a stake;
thence along land formerly of Mason two courses, as follows:
(1) North 11D1712011 West 150.0 feet: thence (2) North 71°42'40^
East 150.0 feet to an iron pipe on said Westerly line of Mayflower
Road;

William H. Mason and Harry E. Mason to Arthur W. Krebs and Betty
Jane Krebs, his wife, by deed dated March 14, 1958 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on March 17, 1958 in Liber
4438 cp 365. AND BY DEED from said Arthur W. Krebs and Betty Jane
Krebs to the party of the first part herein by deed dated December
5, 1958 and recorded December 10, 1958 in Liber 4558,cp 421.
