Sixty-Four and 67/100(164.67) feet; (2) South 7404111011 West a
distance of Seventy-Eight and 7/100 (78.07) feet; and (3) South
6404110011 West a distance of Eighty-Three and 5/100 (83.05) feet;
running thence from said point or place of beginning South 3404714011
East along the westerly boundary of land of one Kiernan a distance
of One Hundred Thirty-Seven and 58/100 (137.58) feet to the northerly
or northwesterly line of lend of Stella Thurm; running thence
