feet; thence along land of the party of the first part three courses,
as follows: (1) South 39' 43' 30" West 150.0 feet; thence (2) North
500 161 30" West 100.0 feet; thence (3) North 390 431 30" East 150.0
feet to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT to the following covenants and restrictions:
That not more than one dwelling shall be constructed on the premises
for each 100 feet of road frontage; that any house or bungalow erected
or maintained shall cost not leas than $7000.00 and shall be at least
35 feet back from the front boundary line of the lot, including porch 6
and piazza. That no outbuildings shall be erected other than the usual
garage, and said garage shall be in connection with or ,joined to the �
