Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Lana Surveyors, Greenport, N.Y. is bounded and described as followas- BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner thereof at a monument set at the point of intersection of the easterly side of Pine Tree Road with the northerly line of Lot No.15 as shown on the above men- tioned filed map; running thence North 21 deg. 501 1,0" West along the easterly side of said road 70.45 feet to the southerly line of Lot No. n 17 as shown on the above mentioned filed map; running thence North V 87 deg. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises heretofore conveyed by Louis Wirth to Louis Wirth, Margaret Conrad and Edwin Conrad, as joint tenants, by deed dated February 25, 1950 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on February 28, 1950 in Liber 3050 of deeds at page 157, the said Louis Wirth one of the grantees named in said deed having since died a resident of St. Albans, Queens County, in the eariy part of the year 1950. A mortgage given to secure the payment of the principal sum of $16,500.00 and interest dated November 25, 1959 made by Edwin Conrad and Margaret Conrad, his wife, to Southold Savings Bank on which 'there will be unpaid on June 25,, 19619after the monthly principal and interest installment payment that is due on June 25, 1961 amounting to $113.51, the principal sum of $15,749.85 , and which mortgage indebtedness the party of the second part agrees to assume and pay; and for the purpose of evidencing such assumption of payment joins in the execution of this deed. { 1
