V BEGINNING at a point on the north-easterly side of Track
Avenue distant on a course of South 44 degrees, 42 minutes, 40
seconds East 870.28 feet from the corner formed by the intersection
of the north-easterly side of Track Avenue and the south-easterly
side of Stillwater Avenue, said point of beginning being also at
the south-easterly corner of Lot No. 63 on the aforesaid map,
RUNNING THENCE North 45 degrees, 17 minutes, 20 seconds East
along the south-easterly side of said Lot No. 63 183.99 feet to the
south-westerly corner of Lot No. 102,
RUNNING THENCE along the south-westerly side of Lots 102 and
101 South 42 degrees,50 minutes, 40 seconds East 100.06 feet to
