Codling, Northport, Long Island", surveyed April 1921, by J. W. Wells, C. E., Setauket, L. I., filed May 10, 1921, in Suffolk County Clerk's Office under File No. 745. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed by HENRY P. TAYLOR of Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, to JANET HOLLIDAY, residing at Suffolk Avenue, Village of Mattituck, County of Suffolk and State of New York, in a Deed dated May 13, 1952 and recorded on May 15 1952 in Liber 3353 page 74. This conveyance hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage executed by Henry Taylor and Marie Taylor, his wife as mortgagors to the Mattituck National Bank and Trust Company, which mortgage was dated July 7, 1948 and recorded July 11, 1948 in the Suffolk County Clerkts Office in Liber 1526 of Mortgages at mp. 432• Said mortgage was thereafter consolidated with a mortgage to the North Fork Bank and Trust Company on October 15, 1951 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 16, 1951 in Liber 1871 of Mortgages at mp. 37• Thers_now remains due on said mortgage the principal sum of $2839.39 with interest thereon at the rate of 5% per annum. IT IS STIPULATED AND AGREED that the grantee herein hereby assumes and covenants to pay such mortgage debt and interest as part of the consideration for this conveyance.
