by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the premises heretofore conveyed by Joseph
Zarzecki and Mary Zarzecki, his wife, to the party of the first
part by Deed dated October 11, 1963, and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's office in Liber 5435 of Deeds at page 20 on
October 17, 1963.
