WOODHULL, residing at Mattituck, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York, party of the first par,and EARL H. WOODHULL and CATHERINE V. P. WOODHULL, his wife, residing at Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration :3 paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs t' or successors and assigns of the part;of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate, 77I lying and beings at Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, LGew York, bounded and described as follows; COMMENCING at a monument set in the southeast corner of the premises about to be described, which monument is distant 642.74 feet northerly from the point formed by the intersection of the westerly line of Marratooka Lane with the northerly line of Suffolk Avenue, thence running westerly 351 feet more or less through a monument to the water of Marratooka Lake, thence running in a northwesterly direction, along the water of Marratooka Lake, a distance of 90 feet from monument to monument; thence running in an easterly direction 406 feet more or less to a stone set in the westerly line of Marratooka Lane, thence running in a southerly direction along the west line of Harratooka Lane 135 feet to the monument at the point or place of beginning. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed recorded in Liber 1869 page 535 on July 6, 1936. TOGETHER with ell right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second par,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
