Van Tuyl, Engineer and Surveyor, March 18, 1927, which q W said map was drily filed in the Suffolk County Clerkas Office on May 10, 1927, as Map Number U 3 834, which lots are bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the Southerly side of Korn Road, with the Easterly side of Founders Path; RUNNING THENCE along the Southerly side of Korn Road, North 73 degrees 11 minutes East 155.70 feet; THENCE South 22 degrees 21 minutes 20 seconds East 115.76 feet to lands now or formerly of Aksten and the Southerly line of Lot 48 aforementioned; THENCE along the division line of Lots 48 and 49, South 67 degrees 38 minutes 40 seconds West 140.73 feet tot- o-Xasterly side of Founders Path; THENCE along the Easterly side of Founders Path North 28 degrees 35 minutes 10 seconds West 131.62 feet to the corner aforementioned, the point or place of BEGINNING.
