ABRAHAMS) residing at 2 Craig Street, Jericho, New York, party of the first part,and JACOB WEINLESS and RENA 0. WEINLESS, his wife, both residing at 162 West 54th Street, New York, New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being kX&K at Nassau Point or Little Hog Neck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, New York, and known and designated as Lot #166 on a map entitled, "Amended Map A of Nassau Point, owned by Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc., situated in the Town of Southold, Long Island, New York, surveyed June 28, 1922 by Otto W. Van Tuyl, C.E. and Surveyor, Greenport, New York," and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on August 16, 1922 as map #156, being bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Old Menhaden Road at the westerly end of curve connecting the westerly side of Nassau Point Road with the northerly side of Old Menhaden Road; running thence in a southwesterly direction along the north- erly side of Old Menhaden Road, the tieline course of which runs South 52 degrees 30 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of 222.59 feet to a point marked by a monument; running thence in a northwesterly direction along the arc of a curve bearing to the right, the tieline course of which runs North 78 degrees 35 minutes West, a distance of 39.05 feet to a point marked by a monument on the easterly side of Wunneweta Road; running thence North 29 degrees 54 minutes 10 seconds West along the easterly side of Wunneweta Road, a distance of 190.06 feet to a point marked by a monument and lot #167 on said map; running thence along the southerly line of said lot #167 on said map, North 78 degrees 36 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 330.00 feet to a point marked by a monument on the westerly side of Nassau Point Road; running thence South 6 degrees 17 minutes 40 seconds East along the westerly side of Nassau Point Road, a distance of 65.00 feet; running OOOI- TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted..to the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. thence in a southwesterly direction along the arc *opf�ya curve bearing to the right, the tieline course of which stats South o 0 2RNDPE �aef�y}31,�'r pt,$8 W�a"'e t tks rxny`of tRe e4s p�r hate of do 0 o hso re esno��hS,=16y side whereby the said prenuses have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
