BEGINNING at a concrete monument. set on the northerly side of
Rochelle Place 465 feet easterly as measured along the northerly side
of Rochelle Place from its intersection with the easterly side of
Bay Avenue; running thence N. 60 04' 0011 W. 161 feet to a bulkhead;
running thence in a general southeasterly direction along said
bulkhead and along ordinary high water mark of James Creek to the
northerly line of Rochelle Place, the tie line being S. 650 591 30n
E. 229.70 feet; running thence along the northerly line of Rochelle
