THIS INDENTURE,made the a/41*'day of September ,nineteen hundred and sixty five
BETWEEN
TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, a municipal corporation of the State of New York,.
having its office at 16 South Street, Greenport,
Suffolk County, New York
party of the first part,and
ERNEST WILSBERG & HAROLD WILSBERG, as tenants in common and not as
joint-tenants, of
Main Road, Mattituck, New York
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars paid by the party of the second
part,does hereby remise,release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being ixIbe at Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York, and more particularly described as follows;
Beginning at a point 21 feet plus or minus southeasterly from
Station R 475 plus 93 plus or minus on State Highway 8181 Riverhead
attituck, said point of beginning being the northeasterly corner of
land of the party of the second part, from said point of beginning
running southwesterly along southeasterly line of "Old" Main Road,
78.0 feet; thence northwesterly 14 feet plus or minus to the
southeasterly line of said State Highway 8181; thence northeasterly
along said southeasterly line 80 feet plus or minus, to the point of
beginning.
