WILSBERG, his wife, both residing at Bay Avenue, Mattituck, Suffolk County, New York, party of the first part,and ERNEST E. WILSBERG and HAROLD W. WILSBERG, both residing at Olejule Lane, Mattituck, Suffolk County, New York, their heirs and assigns forever, as tenants in common and not as ,joint tenants, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con- sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situation,lying and being S0dw at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being more fully bounded and described as follows; BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Olejule Lane, 200.0 feet southerly along said westerly line from its intersection with the southerly line of Kraus Road,being the northeasterly corner of the premises herein described; and running along said westerly line of Olejule Lane, S. 2 degrees. 35' 10" W. 203.11 feet; thence along land now of Ernest E. Wilsberg in a northwesterly direction to a monument on the easterly line of Olejule Lane; thence along said easterly line of Olejule Lane, 2 courses, as follows: (1) N. 49 degrees 19' 40" E. 44.22 feet; thence (2) N. 5 degrees 26, 40" E. 30.78 feet; thence along land now of Harold W. Wilsberg and wife, S. 80 degrees 18' 40" E. 114.20 feet to the point of beginning.
