paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
zALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildinzs and improvements thereon erected,situate,
�6 Tying and being in the Village of New Suffolk, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
'tXs BEGINNING at a granite monument set on the southerly side of
Jackson Street at the Northeasterly corner of land of Carrie S. Gibb,
a. . being 431.57 feet westerly along said line of Jackson Street from
the westerly line of Fifth Street; running thence along said line of
.?' Jackson Street South 84 degrees 00 minutes East 200.0 feet; to an
iron pipe; thence on a line parallel to the easterly line of said
land of Carrie S. Gibb South 6 degrees 08 minutes 20 seconds west
410 feet, more or less, to a bulkhead and ordinary high water mark
ofGreat Peconic Bay; thence westerly along said bulkhead and said
ordinary high water mark of Great Peconic Bay 200 feet, more or less,
to said land of Carrie S. Gibb; thence along said land of Carrie S.
Gibb North 6 degrees 08 minutes 20 seconds East 417 feet, more or

BEING the same premises heretofore conveyed by JAMES R. BIANCOLC
and JULIE MAE BLANCOLO, his wife, to the CHARLES E. and JULIE V. LOEW
FOUNDATION, INC., by Deed dated November 27, 1963, recorded January 7,
1964,_, in Liber 5478, Page 434-435 of Conveyances, in the Office of
the Clerk of Suffolk County, New York.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party-of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances
Rod all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to slid premises'I TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted to the party of the second part,the heirs or sucrvssors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part Covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this mm'eyance and will hold the right to receive such cmSid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cast of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using my part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word"party" shall be construed as if it read"parties'whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
