Farms, lying immediately opposite and across Say Avenue from said
lot No.110 above mentioned ,which said parcel, is bounded ::nd I
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the west site of gay Avanue
where the same would be intersected by the South line of said lot
No. 110 1f extended in a straight line westerly across Bay Avenue to
the east,sideof Baldwin Creek;.running thence from said point of
beginning westerly along said south line of lot No. 110 as extenled
to the high .water line on the east side of Baldwin Creek; running
thence northerly along the high water line of Baldwin Creek to the
north line of said lot No. 110 if extended in a straight line
westerly across Bay Avenue to .the east side of Bald-,-an Creek;
running thence easterly along said north line of said lot No.110

This being a correction deed being intended to correct

(the parties of the second part herein) by deed dated Oct.11,1941
and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on Oct.20,1941 in
liber 2195 of deeds nage 306, in which deed the Parcel above
-described on the west side of Bay Avenue was omitted.'
