Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the first para and DAVID A. TUTHILL and BARBARA TUTHILL, his wife,
residing at Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of One and 00100---------

lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being samhK at Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the westerly side of Wickham Avenue at
the northeast corner of land of the party of the second part, said
point being 125.54 feet as measured along the westerly side of Wickham
Avenue from its intersection with the northerly side of Pike Street;
running thence South 84D 241 30° West 93.29 feet along said land of
the party of the second part to land now or formerly of Louis C.
Gildersleeve; running thence along said land of Gildersleeve in a
northwest direction 10 feet to an iron pipe; running thence along
land of the party of the first part in a northeasterly direction 93.95
feet to the westerly side of Wickham Avenue; running thence along the
westerly side of Wickham Avenue in a southerly direction 10 feet to the
monument at the point or place of BEGINNING.
RESERVING, however, to the party of the first part the privilege
of using said premises for a period of five years for garden purposes.
