BEING the same premises which were conveyed by Paul Costemale,
unmarried, to Valentine W. Smith, by deed dated November 5th, 19309
and recorded November 5th, 19309 in Liber 1537, Page 342, said
Valentine W. Smith having died testate, a resident of Suffolk County
on Tune 26th, 1941, devising said property to Lila C. Smith, decedent
herein.
