The property is identified on the county tax map as number 1000-044-1-16. The structure on the property consists of a shack used primarily for storage, the existing pile foundation was washed from under the shack during the Christmas Eve storm. Ldesire to reinstall the structure, on piles, in it's previous location. Will a town wetlands permit be required to reinstall the structure? The property has been in my family since 1925 and there is no survey currently available for this property. Will a survey be required if I am required to obtain a wetlands permit? [ am tentatively planning to do any work on the su-ucture when the property owner to the west undertakes repairs to his house. Please contact me with instructions on how I will be allowed to proceed with repairs to the existing shack. Thank you. ~Respectfully y~ours, , David S.
