thence North 20 49' East 192.30 feet to the southerly side If

thence along the southerly side of Ruth Road, South 870 11'
East 104 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.

over a right of way bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a concrete monument set on the. westerly line of
Breakwater Road (formerly Luther's Road) distant 102.98 feet -
southerly (as measured south 19048' west along saidwesterly line
of Breakwater Road) from the point where said westerly line is
intersected by the southerly line of lot 195, as shown on a certain
Map entitled "Captain Kidd Estates", filed in Suffolk County Clerkta
Office as Map number 1672, and from said point of beginning running
north 870 11' west, 663.18 feet; thence .running north 20 49' east,
50 feet; thence running south 870 111- east, 678.45 feet to a
concrete monument set on said westerly line of Breakwater Road; and
thence running south 190 48' west along said westerly line of
Breakwater Road 52.28 feet to the point or place of:.BEGINNING.
The above easement and right of way is subjectto the right of
the party of the first part, their heirs and assigns, to dedicate
the landsincluded therein tothe..Town of,.Southold as.:a..public
highway, which right of dedication is hereby reserved.. Upon
such dedication the easement and right of way hereby granted shall
